What are the fees for recordings?

As of July1, 2009 the charge to record a document is $53.00 for page one, and $5.00 for each additional page. Warranty deeds are an additional $2.00 for the document. If your document is now a MERS document (Mortgage Electronic Registration Services) then the cost is $159.00 for a relaease or assignment, and mortgage documents are $159.00 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page.
