The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment/Testimony can be accepted via email at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.
Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting scheduled on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA Commission Members and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St. The meeting will be also be virtual via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend in person.
Meeting Agenda
1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.
2. Review/Approval of the October 29, 2024 meeting minutes.
3. Commission discussion/decision in regard to the regulatory authority of the ZBA to hear an appeal of an approval decision made by the Naugatuck Zoning Commission.
4. The following public hearings are scheduled and decisions may be made.
6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2062 – Application to appeal a decision by the Naugatuck Zoning Commission for the approval of a Soil and Erosion Site Plan for the property located at 189 Allerton Rd., Applicant; Jim O’Donnell.
