The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment/Testimony can be accepted via email at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.
Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting scheduled on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA Commission Members and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St. The meeting will be also be virtual via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend in person.

1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.
2. Review/Approval of the February 25, 2025 meeting minutes.

6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2065 - Applicant will seek a variance Sec. 24 Schedule B Sec. 5.4 Residential Setback distance from the I-2 Zone for the property located at 162 Spring St., Applicant: Culture Fresh Foods, Inc.
6:05 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2066 - Applicant will seek a variance Sec. 25 Accessory Use Sec. 25.4.2 for the height of a detached garage for the property located at 21 Cobblestone Court., Applicant: Jody Mercer.
