The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment/Testimony can be accepted via email at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.
Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting scheduled on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA Commission Members and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St.
The meeting will be held virtually via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend.

1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.
2. Review/Approval of the November 28, 2024 meeting minutes.
3. The following public hearings will take place and decisions may be made.
