INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Purchasing Agent, until 11:00 a.m., Thursday June 29, 2017 at the Town Hall, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Hall of Burgesses, located on the 4th floor for the following:
Contract No. 17-12 Road Paving Program
The Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Town Hall, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770.
Copies of Contract documents may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent upon submission of a non-refundable plan deposit in the form of a check or money order payable to the Borough of Naugatuck in the amount of $50.00 per set. Contract Documents can also be obtained at no cost from the Borough of Naugatuck web site http://www.naugatuck-ct.gov All firms obtaining Contract Documents from the website must submit contact information by e-mail to whozer@naugatuck-ct.gov. Contact information must be submitted three days in advance of the bid opening to be considered. Bidders must check the Naugatuck web site to more than three days prior to the bid opening to check for addendums.
The Borough of Naugatuck reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
