INVITATION TO BID
Borough of Naugatuck
Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Purchasing Agent, until 11:00 a.m., Monday,
September 23, 2019 at the Town Hall, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT and will be publicly
opened and read aloud in the Hall of Burgesses, located on the 4th floor for the following:

6 Rubber Ave – 0 Water Street Hazardous
Building Materials Abatement
The Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Town Hall,
229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770.
Contract Documents can be obtained at no cost from the Borough of Naugatuck web site
http://www.naugatuck-ct.gov. All firms obtaining Contract Documents and wishing to be sent
any addendums shall submit contact information by e-mail to jskully@naugatuck-ct.gov. All
bidders must check the Naugatuck web site no more than three days prior to the bid opening to
check for addendums.
A Pre Bid meeting is scheduled on September 9, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.. The location of the meeting
will be in the lobby of 6 Rubber Ave. Naugatuck CT 06770.
The Borough of Naugatuck reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all
bids.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
