The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, with financial support
from the State of Connecticut, has launched a homeowner
assistance program for low and moderate income households in
Connecticut who are struggling to pay their mortgages due to the
impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Up to $10,000,000 in emergency loan funds will be available to
help homeowners pay their housing costs, allowing them to
remain in their homes as they work to regain financial stability.
Eligible Households with incomes at or below 120% of the area
median income will be eligible to apply for up to $25,000 in the
form of a second mortgage loan.
Potential applicants will be directed to a Centralized Call Center
for Threshold Eligibility, after which a detailed application must
be completed, including verification of documentation.
Beginning 8 am on Wednesday, July 15, call the number

determine if you qualify for T-MAP assistance. For
