FOR THE PROPOSED REPEAL OF ORDINANCE #123 – COMMERCIAL TAX ABATEMENTS AND THE PROPOSED ADOPTION OF
ORDINANCE #132 – FIXED ASSESSMENTS
There will be a Public Hearing held on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. via web conference for the purpose of considering the proposed repeal of Ordinance #123 – Article II. Commercial Tax Abatements, Sections 17-21 – 17-29 in Chapter 17, Taxation and the proposed adoption of Ordinance #132 – Article II. Fixed Assessments, Sections 17-21 – 17-29 in Chapter 17, Taxation of the Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Naugatuck.
