Bids will be received on behalf of the Owner by the Borough of Naugatuck Land Use Department, Naugatuck Town Hall, 229 Church Street 2nd floor, Naugatuck, CT 06770, until 11:00 A.M., on December 15, 2023, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
