NOTICE:
The Haven of Connecticut, LLC is filing a Certificate of Need application pursuant to Connecticut General Statute §19a-638 for the establishment of a new healthcare facility. The application will request CON approval to establish a 32-bed detox and residential substance use disorder treatment facility located at 58 Maple Street, Naugatuck, CT. The estimated capital expenditure is approximately $2,500,000.00.
Please also note that CGS 19a-639a states, in relevant part, that postings in the affected community “shall remain until the decision on the application is rendered. The unit shall not invalidate any notice due to changes or removal of the notice from a community Internet website of which the applicant has no control.”
