Bluewater is pleased to host a public information session with the residents of Naugatuck to discuss the proposed project located within the Naugatuck Industrial Park at 0 Main Street on six adjacent properties totaling approximately 183 acres located partially in the Borough of Naugatuck and partially in the City of Waterbury.
The project will consist of an eCommerce fulfillment and distribution center comprised of a multi-story warehouse building with an approximately 650,000 sq. ft. footprint, including a main office, maintenance, shipping/receiving, landscaping, stormwater drainage improvements, surface parking and a multi-story parking garage.
The meeting will include a short presentation by the Bluewater team, followed by Q&A.
