INVITATION TO BID

Borough of Naugatuck

Sealed bids are invited and will be received by the Purchasing Agent, until 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 28, 2013 at the Town Hall, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Hall of Burgesses, located on the 4th floor for the following:

Contract No. 13-22 Asphalt Curb and Driveway Apron Repair

The Contract Documents may be examined at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Town Hall, 229 Church Street, Naugatuck, CT 06770.

Copies of Contract documents may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent upon submission of a non-refundable plan deposit in the form of a check or money order payable to the Borough of Naugatuck in the amount of $50.00 per set. Contract Documents can also be obtained at no cost from the Borough of Naugatuck web site http://www.naugatuck-ct.gov All firms obtaining Contract Documents from the web site must submit contact information by e-mail to whozer@naugatuck-ct.gov. Contact information must be submitted three days in advance of the bid opening to be considered.
The Borough of Naugatuck reserves the right to waive any in-formalities or to reject any or all bids.

No Bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
