Meetings Calendar

The Borough of Naugatuck will host all Land Use board meetings remotely and in person until further notice. Public attendance is allowed in Town Hall. Public Comment or Testimony can be accepted via email in written form at ecarter@naugatuck-ct.gov prior to a meeting. Members of the public may also testify by video during these meetings. Name and address will be required to comment.

MEETING AGENDA

1.   Call to order, pledge of allegiance and attendance will be taken. After determination of a quorum, Alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.

2.    Approval of the December 13, 2023 Meeting Minutes and the secretary will sign previously approved minutes.

3.    OLD BUSINESS:

1. Commission accept the application for a text change to Section 25.12.1 of the Naugatuck Land Use Zoning Regulations, set a Public Hearing for Wednesday February 21, 2024 at 6:15 PM for the setback distance for above ground pools in a RA-1, R-8 and R-15 district, applicant; Borough of Naugatuck.

4.     NEW BUSINESS:

1. Commission discussion/decision for a revised Bond Estimate for the project at 207 Elm St., Applicant; International Framers, LLC.

    

2. Accept the Zone Change Application, refer to Planning Commission and set a Public Hearing for Wednesday February 21, 2024 at 6:05 PM for the property located at 0 Mulberry St. Acct # 000-3501, Applicant; RZ Enterprises, LLC.

    

3. Commission discussion/decision for a proposed site plan modification for additional outside storage area and site excavation for the property located at 117 Great Hill Rd., Applicant; Blackwater Properties, LLC.
