Naugatuck ZBA Commission Members
Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals Special Meeting scheduled on
Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA
Commission Members and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229
Church St. The meeting will be also be virtual via ZOOM for members of the Public.

1. Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.

3. The following public hearings will take place and decisions may be made.
6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2078 - Applicant will seek a variance to Sec. 25.4.1 Detached Garage Square Footage and Sec. 25.4.2 Height of a Detached Garage for the property located at 268 Andrew Ave., Applicant: Scott Venditto.
6:05 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2079 - Applicant will seek a variance to Sec. 24.1 Schedule B Sec. 5.3 Side Property Line Setback and Sec. 25.6.1 Allowable Accessory Structure Square Footage for the property located at 92 Curtiss St., Applicant: Johnny Monell.
