Please be advised that the Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting scheduled on Tuesday,

April 28, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. will be held in person for the ZBA Commission Members

and Applicants in the Hall of Burgesses 4th Floor Town Hall 229 Church St.

 The meeting will also be virtual via ZOOM for members of the Public. Public may attend in person.

1.         Call to order, pledge of allegiance, attendance taken. After determination of quorum, alternates will be designated as voting members, if necessary.

 

2.         Review/Approval of the October 28, 2025 meeting minutes.

 

3.         The following public hearings will take place and decisions may be made.

 

6:00 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2072 - Applicant will seek a variance to Sec. 24.1

Schedule B Sec. 6 Maximum Lot Coverage in a R-15 Zone and Sec. 24.1

Schedule B Sec 7 Maximum Floor Area in a R-15 Zone to construct a single-family residential

home for the property located at 395 East Waterbury Rd., Applicant: Abel Rua.

 

 

6:05 P.M. PUBLIC HEARING APPEAL # 2073 - Applicant will seek a variance to Sec. 24.1
