Overview

If you would like paper copies, please come to the Land Use Office, located @ 229 Church Street, 2nd Floor. Please Note: Starting Tuesday October 1, 2009, a new state law has doubled state land use application fees from $30 to $60. The new fees apply to applications with zoning, planning, inland wetlands and other land use boards submitted by any person or company oth­er than a municipality.
