A traffic control signing plan must be submitted.
A map of the proposed detour must be provided.
All routing and signing plans must be approved by the Engineering Department.
Email required documents to: engineering@naugatuck-ct.gov.
Requests will not be reviewed without the required documents. Request will be denied.
The Borough Engineering Department will notify all emergency Services
Road and lane closures must be submitted for approval a minimum of 36 hours (11/2 business days) prior to closure.
For work commencing on Monday, request must be submitted for approval the prior Thursday.
Road closure requests are only accepted from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Access must be maintained for emergency vehicles.
